  • Planning and set KPI for Human Resource Development Section
  • Organize training courses base on Planning and Requests from other sections
  • Train for new comers
  • Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation for training and learning
  • Manage HRD Section system
  • Maintain and development HRD’s procedure that follow up company’s objectives relating to ISO
  • Prepare documents for yearly audits relating to ISO
  • HRD monthly report

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or relevant fields
  • GPA up to 6.4
  • Good communication in English
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Hard working, service mind, dynamic personality
