- Planning and set KPI for Human Resource Development Section
- Organize training courses base on Planning and Requests from other sections
- Train for new comers
- Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation for training and learning
- Manage HRD Section system
- Maintain and development HRD’s procedure that follow up company’s objectives relating to ISO
- Prepare documents for yearly audits relating to ISO
- HRD monthly report
작업 요구 사항
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or relevant fields
- GPA up to 6.4
- Good communication in English
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Hard working, service mind, dynamic personality
