Customer Feedback & Support for Students and/or Parents

● Communicate with parents and/or students to update studys progress and follow up throughout the course, coordinate with the academic team to handle any students issues, answer any other questions or concerns from parents and/or students;

● Follow up to enroll current students in the next courses, coordinate with related departments to prepare for the new courses (class openings, scheduling,....);

● Execute and surveys to collect feedback from students in prototypes;

● Develop processes and systems to provide feedback on academic performance, skills development, and opportunities for growth.

Onboarding New Students

● Develop processes and systems to help new students get comfortable with systems and online class experience;

● Perform instructional online sessions;

● Ensure that student devices and internet connections work well for online courses;

● Ensure clear instructions for students to have a great learning experience.

Sales Support

● Perform a full sales cycle of Online Math courses: Consultation, book placement tests and tech check, close the deals and proceed payments;

● Maintain an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.

Other tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor
