업무 설명서
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related major.• At least 1 year experience in HR, preferring candidate has experience in company with size more than 1,000 employees
• Be proactive, detailed oriented, Logical thinking and communication skills
• Have high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
작업 요구 사항
1. Recruitment• Set up & follow recruitment plan of yearly/monthly
• Proactive sourcing potential talent candidate
• Analyze and conduct periodical reports relate hiring KPI, budget management, effective sourcing channel...etc.
• Manage employer branding: build up attractive program, control job advertisements via social media and other recruitment agency.
2. Others
• Update employees’ information and onboarding document
• Audit documents preparation & follow up
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.
